At The Lab, Julio brings a personalized coaching approach focused on helping clients train with purpose, move better, and feel stronger in everyday life. He brings eight years of experience in physical therapy settings, along with over two years of hands-on mobility and assisted stretching experience from StretchLab. Through his work alongside Dr. Troxell, Julio has developed a strong understanding of pre-rehab, post-rehab, chronic injury considerations, and performance-based training. He has also worked with clients actively in physical therapy and higher-level athletes, helping bridge the gap between recovery and performance. His coaching style is built around strength, mobility, confidence, and consistency, with the belief that training should be simple, effective, and fit into a full, enjoyable lifestyle.
